This privacy statement describes how Callvine.com collects and uses the personal information you provide to us. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

We collect the information that you submit at registration - first and last names, email address and phone number - solely for the purpose of enabling Callvine's service and identifying you as a registered Callvine user to other users. We do not share the information with any other third party.

We also use your Address Book solely for the purpose of looking for other Callvine users and we do not store any of your Address Book information on our servers or share it with any other service.

We automatically gather information about your device such as the device ID, phone type and OS version to:

• Provide you with calling and texting services and support.
• Push notifications to your mobile device regarding your account.
• Respond to customer service requests.
• Administer your account or payments.
• Send you marketing communications.
• Respond to your questions and concerns.
• Improve our marketing efforts.
• Conduct research and analysis.

Information About Those You Call or Text

We retain the contact history for conference calls or groups which we use only for the specific reason for which it was provided to us.

Information Sharing

We do not share or sell any of your information with other third parties. Should we implement a credit card processing service, we may provide your personal information to such companies solely for billing purposes, but these companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.

We may also disclose your personal information:

Purchasing subscription services

You may choose to stop receiving our marketing e-mails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these e-mails, or you can contact us at emailmarketing@callvine.com.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, for example, to keep track of your preferences and profile information. Cookies are also used to collect general usage and volume statistical information that does not include personal information.

We use another company to place cookies on your computer to collect non-personally identifiable information, to compile aggregated statistics for us about visitors to our site.

We may use third party analytics companies to gather aggregate usage data about our mobile applications.

Advertising

We may partner with a third party ad network to either display advertising on our Web site or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our ad network partner may use cookies and Web beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information about your activities on this and other Web sites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests. Social Media Widgets

Our Web site includes Social Media Widgets, which allow you to interact with us and your social network. Personal information, such as your e-mail address, may be collected. Cookies may also be set by the Widget to enable it to function properly. Information collected by this Social Media Widget is governed by the privacy policy of the company that created it.

Recordings

We record calls only when recording is selected and such recordings are available for reviewing or download by the user for 30 days. However, copies of such recordings may remain on our servers for up to 90 days before they are deleted.

Security

The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
