Join, Schedule or Start a Conference

Touch the orange hand on the Tab bar and select from three options - to Join an existing conference using the ID number, Schedule a new conference and send invites, or Quick Connect to a group or selected participants. In the Contacts tab, Callvine makes it easy for you to create groups of contacts for one-touch access.

Create or Duplicate Conferences

Create a new scheduled conference at any time by touching the calendar in the top right corner of the "Conferences" screen. From the History tab, you can also choose to duplicate a prior scheduled conference from the top menu or repeat a Quick Connect call by simply choosing to Call Again.

View Call Details

From the History tab, you can review full details of a prior conference call including the attendees with time attended and access to the call recording if used.

During The Conference

The powerful call control dashboard is displayed when you select an active conference at the Conferences tab. The dashboard provides a dynamic view of attendees, an approximation of who is talking, and the ability to mute, place on hold, drop a caller or make any individual caller a host. From the dashboard settings, you can also select to start recording a call, switch to Question-and-Answer mode, lock a call for added security or turn off chimes which can often interrupt a conference.

Manage & Message Groups

From the Contacts tab, you can quickly create and edit groups. Once created, selecting a group allows you to broadcast a group message or email. You may also send invites to your friends to start using Callvine.

Use the Callvine Website

Once you register the app, you will receive an email giving you access to the conferencing capabilities at the Callvine website. The website provides the same powerful features of the app including the ability to schedule and control conferences. For many, this may be an easier way to handle conferences.
